Second, it is necessary to improve policies and systems related to the senior industry reflecting the atmosphere of the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Lastly, it is necessary to cultivate experts in the field of the senior industry and utilize the skilled experience and skills of the elderly. As a limitation of this study, there is a part that is difficult to grasp as quantitative data on the perception of the senior industry and countermeasures, so a qualitative study should be conducted in the future.
